Have you captured a wedding like ours?

Obviously not ! As every wedding has a different story, setting, feeling and mostly YOU. You are unique in your own special way. So, of course, we haven’t covered a wedding like yours but we look forward to.
How many days in advance should I book Pixel Made?

As Pixel Made, we suggest you to book us months before your big day. This will allow us to change our calendar if there is a cancellation or a delay.
How many photos dose Pixel Made delivers?

For a 3 - days wedding, we provide 800 photos which are intricately edited.

For a single day wedding we provide 250 edited photos.

More over it also comes as a choice to the clients.
What is the length of the video you provide?

A Wedding Trailer of 2-5 minutes. Full video compilation of 25mins preferably but the duration may change as per the clients requirements.
What Kind of album do you provide?

We provide one 25 sheet ( 50 pages) premium canvera album or two standard albums of 25 sheets by default as per choice. We also customize the album style, quality and the number of sheets as per request (INCL Additional Cost). You can check the authenticity of the album in the canvera website with the pin provided.
How many photographers will be there on our wedding day?

Pixel Made has a team of experienced professional photographers and cinematographers. So, for a wedding, it usually requires two photographers and two cinematographers. But if the clients requires more photographers and cinematographers, we can easily provide them.
Will Mrinmoy and Anirban cover our wedding?

a) Normally, if there is one wedding on a particular date, then Anirban and Mrinmoy will be there to cover your wedding.

b) If there are two weddings on the same date , then both of them will separately lead two teams.

c) If there are more than two weddings on the same date, then we offer ‘ first come , first serve’ policy.
When can I expect the delivery after the wedding?

Pixel Made delivers photos and videos within one / one and a half month. Thereafter, the client has to elect the edited photos for the album within 45 days. Only after the selection , the alum is delivered.
What is the payment procedure ?

Booking is done with 60% of the total amount in advance . Remaining amount ( 40%) has to be paid on the day of delivery of photos and videos.

*Albums are delivered after the full payment.
What proof do we have of our payments made?

Pixel Made signs NDA ( Non - Disclosure Agreement ) with the client. This NDA has every details of the payments done | due ; deliverables and every intimate details of the shoot - be it the time, venue, date and the type of event.
